For Immediate Release October 20, 2008 (AMERICAN FORK, Utah) - American Fork City Library, 64 South 100 East, will be hosting another children’s story time in Spanish on Thursday s at 2:00p.m. There is no fee for admission and all are invited. This weekly event will be in addition to the ongoing “Little Big Shots” program. During November the library will host a Picturing America program called, “We the People.” A project that includes 20 laminated reproductions of paintings, sculptures, architecture and decorative arts. The Picturing America program is backed by the National Endowment for the Humanities, and the American Library Association. Following Thanksgiving, Christmas decorations will be on display. Traditionally, the tree in the children’s area is decorated with the children’s own hand-made ornaments. All are invited to help decorate the tree during the Christmas season.
