The Walton Group, Inc. welcomes Amber Singh and Bri Hintze as new account executives for the Provo public relations and advertising agency. Singh and Hintze are both studying communications and public relations at Brigham Young University.
Amber Kuulei Singh is a San Diego native and a soon-to-be graduate from Brigham Young University. Her skills and interests include writing, social media and strategic communications. She is a dancer and health enthusiast, musician, baker and sports junkie. Singh hopes to continue her career in public relations, travel all over Asia and be involved in the Olympics.
Singh has been actively involved in the PR field since her involvement in San Diego’s Best Dance Crew high school competition in 2009. She was accepted in Brigham Young University’s Public Relations program as a sophomore, which ranked as a top five program in the nation from PR Week 2010. Singh is currently a PR coordinator for one of BYU’s colleges and will continue to be an intern at the Walton Group Inc. until her graduation in April 2013.
Bri Hintze is excited to work with The Walton Group. Originally from Ventura, California, she has grown to love Provo despite the cold. In her spare time, she loves to sing, play guitar, and talk cars with her husband. Hintze has years of communications experience, working with Charity Vision International, BYU, and reporting for the Daily Universe. She specializes in non-profit communication, writing, and strategic planning.
During her recent work as a marketing assistant for Central Utah Clinic, she was able to direct several fundraisers in behalf of the local community. Hintze ensured the fundraisers were a success, with over $14,000 donated to the United Way in 2011. This experience illustrated the importance of a clear message that reaches the heart. Upon graduating, she plans to work in Oklahoma City where her husband will be completing graduate school.
The Walton Group Inc. is glad to have such talented new-hires, and looks forward to the next semester together.
